Систематизация принципов и технологий Индустрии 4.0 в устойчивых цепях поставок

Активное влияние процессов глобализации, цифровизации и интеграции на мировую экономику привело к необходимости изменения подходов и методов управления цепями поставок. Одним из важных условий устойчивого развития компаний является использование принципов и технологий концепции «Индустрия 4.0» при управлении цепями поставок. В работе выполнен анализ основных понятий, принципов и технологий Индустрии 4.0, используемых в логистике и при управлении цепями поставок. Выявлены основные преимущества использования технологий Индустрии 4.0 в цепях поставок и установлены причины недостаточной эффективной реализации данных технологий. Выполнена систематизация принципов Индустрии 4.0 в логистике и при управлении цепями поставок для достижения целей устойчивого развития. Использование предложенной системы принципов и технологий Индустрии 4.0 при планировании изменений в цепях позволит осуществить поэтапную цифровую трансформацию всей цепи поставок и её элементов, а также достичь синергетического эффекта в результате внедрения взаимодополняющих технологий.
